This was an evening full of food, fun and talented Canadian cookbook authors. It was hosted by Hudson's Bay at the Hudson's Bay stores in Queens Street, Toronto and we were there to experience it all. In addition to showing us some of their baking tips and tricks, the culinary writers treated guests to samples of their delicious food and pastries.
